AIH & the International Symposia on Tropical and Temperate Horticulture

AIH has been representing the professional interests and development of horticulture practitioners since 1960. Institute members in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong cover every discipline of the horticulture profession.

AIH conducts a comprehensive professional development program for its members and is the only national organisation that provides accreditation as Registered Horticulturist (RH).

RH is supported by a number of initial and ongoing requirements for applicants to have a tertiary qualification or equivalent years of industry experience to qualify to be considered for the accreditation.

An RH accreditation value adds the practitioner’s professional and economic standing, gives assurance to those seeking professional services that are current and tested and gives younger horticulturists an aspiring goal.
